We are all
here because we have all been scammed, and believe us, we
KNOW
a scam when we see one. So you can rest assured that THERE
WILL
BE NO SCAMS here (to the very best of our ability to
investigate).

About Us
We are a group of people brought together
by a special set of circumstances. Some of
the major concern's on the Internet today
are scams, which programs to join, and
how to promote them. Read our story below
to find out who we
are and how we came to
be here.
"Out Of The Ashes Of Deceit...Comes a Name
You Can Trust"
We
are a group of Internet Marketers that have been online working for
several
years
now. Some of us have other side businesses or ventures
and have
worked those for
awhile. Some of us have also been professional
coaches.
We
met and joined together after belonging to a particular online marketing
company
with the hopes of making supplemental income. The members
promoted
programs
offered by the supposed "Guru" of this company.
Everything seemed
to be on the up
and up and there was no reason to question
anything. The
program offered a number
of good products, and was headed
in the direction
of becoming a major player on
the Internet.
The company consisted of worthwhile programs such as one for
under-privileged
and handicapped kids. This program was to send the kids and
their caregivers on
trips to
places such as Disney World, Ride With the
Dolphins, etc. A monthly fee
was required
and we, as members, were to
receive a commission on the sign ups
we got.
Another was a program where, as an ISP, we could offer families a SAFE place
for
them and their children to surf the Internet without scams or
pornography. It was due
to launch on July 4, 2003 and was touted as being
something which would be bigger
than AOL. It made sense. We had all
downloaded the CD we would be selling, and
looked at it, and we could see
the positive merits of it. We had the physical product
in our hands.
This is where things started to go sour. Out of the blue the commissions
due us for
sales of products stopped, the CD was abandoned, and not
introduced as planned,
and the Guru decided to reorganize his company and go
into the
Telecommunications Industry. In
addition, the program for the handicapped kids...
well let's just say it
never happened
even though people signed up for it, and paid
for it.
We had purchased what were called Co-Op shares at $25 a pop in the original
company,
and at the time of reorganization he offered a refund for the monies
invested in Co-Op
shares. These Shares functioned as a Share of Stock. He also used our money
to buy
property in a Midwestern State and moved the corporate headquarters.
By the end of 2003 it was evident that no commissions or refunds would be
paid to us.
We disassociated ourselves from him, and closed our check
books. We also took
an accounting
of our investments and commissions due, and found that the 23 of us
who
were
involved,
had invested over $1 Million with an expected ROI of about $4
Million. There are still 1700+ members out here who have not done anything to try
and
get their monies back because
they felt they couldn't, and would receive nothing
back if they did.
We
have taken the appropriate legal and other steps to report this situation.
The one very tragic
event that impacted us immensely was the death of one of the
biggest
supporters of this company due mainly because of the deceit and dishonest
practices of this "guru" and the end result. That was Georgia Perel, to
whom our site
is dedicated. She and her husband supported this guru and his
company, not only
financially but believed so much in him and his company,
that they practically lived
it. Georgia is sadly missed, but her spirit
will always be in our hearts and minds. She
affected many, many lives in
such a positive manner. She gave her all for her friends
and fellow
members. She was known as the "Cheerleader" for all of us.
Since the downfall of this company, we grouped together to form this
"Global-Marketing-Resource.com" site, pooling our knowledge and expertise to
provide
REAL and honest opportunities. We vowed to always be above the
negative influences
that abound on the Internet.
You
may or may not have come across an experience like ours where you learned
the
hard way that you cannot trust just anyone on the Internet. We hope to
provide real
